Nous avions regardé le livre -diaporama sur la famille Mouse et la famille People et nous avions retrouvé le texte complet.(à lire ci-dessous)
Mr and Mrs Mouse live in Mr and Mrs People 's house in the cellar.
Mr and Mrs Mouse are very happy. They have got a little baby. His name is Chris because his birthday is near Christmas day. In fact he was born on December the 23rd.
In the garden, there is a big snowman. Look! What are the children doing? They are making a big snowmouse. The children are not cold because they have got a scarf and a woolen hat and a pair of gloves.
In the streets, there are shops. They are decorated for Christmas.
There is a wreath with holly on the door.
In the kitchen, Mum and her children are making mince pies and gingerbread men for Xmas. Yummy, yummy!
It's December the 24th and Mr and Mrs People are decorating the Christmas tree with tinsels while (pendant que) the children are writing letters Christmas cards to their friends.
There are two candles on the fireplace and four stockings in front of the fireplace. The cat is sleeping near the fireplace. It's warm here! And the two chidren are looking at the fire. They are impatient and are waiting for Father Christmas.
Outside, in the street some chidren are singing Christmas carols and the mouse family is listening.
Chris Mouse has got a stocking at the end of his bed. He can hear jingle bells...!
So, he is climbing up the chimney and on the roof... there is a sleigh and there are reindeers. But where is father Christmas?
Chris Mouse is going back to bed and he is dreaming of his presents;
It's December the 25th. The children are very happy because they've got their toys: a doll and a train.
Chris is happy too because he has got a sleigh and a rocking horse. Mr and Mrs Mouse are kissing under the mistletoe. It's good luck!

Nous avons ensuite parcouru notre livre d'anglais et avons décrit certaines images du livre, comme.
Look, page 22, Rachel is jumping on the bed and Ganesh is playing music.
Look page 50, two girls are running in the park.
Look, page 44, Robbie Williams is singing.
Page 55, in picture 4, Max is watching TV.
Page 49, the boy is doing his homework.
Nous avons précisé que pour créer ce temps, c'est Be qui se conjugue au présent et qui sert d'auxiliaire. Ensuite on utilise la base verbale à laquelle on fixe ING.
Attention à l'orthographe:
- pour les verbes finissant en E, le E disparait.
ex: prepare preparing
write writing
- pour les verbes d'une syllabe finissant par une consonne précédée d'une et d'une seule voyelle, on redouble la consonne finale.
ex: run running
swim swimming
Quand utilise-t-on le présent en be + ING?
On l'utilise pour dire ce qui se passe en ce moment.
Nous avons ensuite fait un exercice d'application.
